Start step oneWe meet on site, look at grade, drainage, sun, and access, and talk through what you want the space to do. Measurements and photos come out of this visit — not a template.
You get a scaled plan with materials named and a line-item price tied to it. Changes happen here on paper, where they are free, instead of later in concrete.
The same people who drew it run the build, in the sequence the drawing calls for: utilities and drainage first, structure and stone next, irrigation and planting last.
We walk the finished project together, set the irrigation controller with you, and hand over a care sheet. Ongoing maintenance is available if you want us to keep it.
